Transcribers are trained to edit and proofread their work before submitting the work to QA officer. The QA officer will then make a final checking and proof reading before submitting the report to the client.
Encoded data goes through accuracy validation to verify the data encoded by the first encoder. The QA makes the final decision when there is encoding discrepancy.
Apart from their technical competencies, our team undergoes extensive trainings aimed at enhancing and developing skills for reliability competency in their field. The required education and the training takes about a year to complete, after which they go through a series of test to gauge their level of competency.
