All transcriptionist went through extensive trainings molding them to become language specialist. The required education and training takes about a year to complete, after which they go through a series of test to gauge their level of competency.

Our transcriptionist are also trained to edit and proofread their work prior to submitting the report to a QA officer. The QA officer will then make a final check and proofread before submitting the report to the client.
